Hi Janey, thanks for asking -it was made by the talented John Reardon http://www.johnreardontattoos.com/ I believe he made it for his sisters dance studio.. A mutual friend of John and my husband had some prints of it and gave it to my husband to give to me as a present:) (I'm a dancer myself) I really love it...
